Job Description Overview AS THE CHIEF NURSING OFFICER (CNO), you are a member of the senior management team and will be involved in the ongoing management, planning, and operations of the hospital. Specific responsibility is assigned for the patient services department and nursing care delivered throughout the hospital and in hospital based ancillary service departments.The CNO, working with subordinate staff, is responsible for day to day operations; analyzing and evaluating patient care delivery, and directing effective performance improvement plans that result in program enhancements while improving quality, safety, service and productivity while maintaining cost efficiency. The CNO is responsible for development, oversight and implementation of approved strategic plans for areas of assigned responsibility. WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
