4 Quick Apply 9 hours ago Full Job Description Personal Care Aides Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily living, which include:
bathing, dressing, assisting with oral hygiene, and toileting.
Assist residents with personal hygiene needs such as brushing hair, cleaning and trimming fingernails, and shaving.
Serving residents meals and assisting with clean up afterwards at times.
Assist residents with transfers and ambulation per their support plan.
Answering call bells promptly and providing assistance as requested.
Monitors all assigned residents throughout the shift and notifies the Charge staff member or Administrator immediately of any change in conditions, concerns, injuries, or falls.
Reviews resident support plans and provides appropriate care to each individual resident per their individualized plan.
Perform all required daily charting prior to leaving at the end of each shift.
Assists Charge Med Tech / LPN when needed to perform testing or Administer Medication ordered.
Assist residents to prepare for test, x-rays, lab draws, therapy, and physicians visits.
Assist with collecting specimens.
Follows standard precautions, wears PPE per policies and guidelines.
Communicates shift to shift report at the end of your shift.
Job Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Must be able to pass pre-hire requirements including:
Criminal background check, drug screen and covid vaccination Previous work experience with older adults preferred but NOT NESSARY.
