Employment Specialist This person will focus on persons with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) through provision of on-the-job training and on-going support services. Current PA Driver's License with clean MVR, Child Abuse, Criminal History and FBI Criminal Background with Fingerprinting Clearances required. Degree in Human Services field preferred, experience working directly with individuals with disabilities/disadvantages accepted. This person must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to type and have knowledge of Microsoft Office. Occasional evenings and week-ends may be involved.
